Two new national contracts for Dolphins ladies

As Cricket South Africa annouced new and renewed contracts two new contracts went to Sunfoil Dolphins players Chloe Tryon and Nadine Moodley with national vice-captain Trisha Chetty renewing her contract ahead of the upcoming tour of England.

The ladies side are currently in preparation for a tour of England where they will take on both the Three Lions and Ireland in two three-match Twenty20 series.

The head coach of the national women’s side Hilton Moreeng was welcomed by the news.

“It’s always great having good news before a tour as important as this,” he said. “The players have worked hard and have sacrificed a lot to be a part of this team and the hard work and loyalty they have shown the game is finally paying off.

The tour runs from 1-7 September with Chetty and Tyron both being named in the squad to head north.
