The Kwazulu Natal Cricket Union today announced the new Stadium Manager for Sahara Stadium Kingsmead. Brett Proctor, well known Supersport commentator, will take up this role with immediate effect. Brett replaces Clive Jaglal, who left to join Moses Mabidha stadium in Sept 2009. With an undeniable passion and a wealth of knowledge about the game, Brett has taken the plunge into full time cricket leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree, and brings corporate leadership experience from Plascon and Triumph Packaging. His last position was as Sales and HR Director. Brett has a long standing association with KZN Cricket, having served as a selector in the 90’s. Reporting to Jesse Chellan, he is sure to add value to the KZN Cricket. A keen lover of golf, we are sure to see Brett taking part in the Nashua Dolphins Golf Day on 15 Feb this year. “I am absolutely excited to have Brett on board. He brings a wealth of corporate experience that will serve to strengthen the leadership of KZN cricket and assist in improving the entertainment experience for fans and suiteholders alike, at Sahara Stadium Kingsmead. ” said Jesse Chellan, CEO.
