The Nashua Dolphins made two changes to their squad for their SuperSport Series match against the bizhub Highveld Lions at the Bidvest Wanderers Stadium starting on Thursday.

The in-form Quinton Friend, who missed the last game, returns to the team while Mthokozisi Shezi, who was a last minute replacement for Yusuf Abdulla, retains his place. Friend has been in fine form this season with 15 wickets from three matches.  Greg Fotheringham who scored 109 for the KZN Amateur team against Easterns in Benoni last week will do twelfth man duties.

“Friend comes in for Andrew Hall who has pulled a hamstring. Yusuf Abdulla is still suffering from a groin injury, therefore Mthokozisi Shezi retains his place. Greg Fotheringham scored 109 for the KZN Amateur team against Easterns in Benoni last week,” said Jay Naidoo, Manager of Playing Affairs at the KZN Cricket Union.

The Dolphins are currently fifth on the log with 28,36 points from five games while the Lions are fourth with 29,48 points from four games. Both teams are looking for their first win of the season.
