With 14 days between matches we have been able to step back, assess where we have gone wrong, plot our route forward and hit the training hard. Last week we had 4 intense, quality training sessions and no doubt this week will be no different. With 8 great practices and 200% better prepared than we previously were the boys will undoubtedly travel to Cape Town for Sundays game alot more confident and ready to turn things around. With results going our way during the break we still have a great chance of making the Semi's and ultimately winning the silverware. Keep supporting and keep believing because we certainly are:-)

Nice to hear that the team (after disappointed from not going to India) are using this time to their advantage. This gives us hope for a come back in the MTN series. Well Done.
